What types of hats do you use?

Our hats are made with 100% chino cotton twill. They have 6 panels and a low profile and they come with an adjustable strap.

When can I expect my order?

Nearly all of our orders ship under 6 business days and over half of them ship in 3 days. This is due to the custom embroidery we use for each hat. Once it's shipped from our California, North Carolina, or Latvia facilities, shipping times depend on your chosen delivery option.

Do you offer any other designs or color options?

We always list our currently available options. This means that we cannot accept custom orders outside of our listed products.

What if I want a hat for a coin currently not listed on Coin Caps?

Just send us a message to let us know what you want, and we'll be adding more designs in the future based on general interest.

What's up with the colors?

Yeah, we know. Some of the colors might not be exactly the same as the official logo coloring, but we have done our best. We are slightly limited by our manufacturers, but we hope our colors match up sufficiently for all of our customers.

Do you have any discount codes?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Shipments outside of the US may incur customs fees, however. The fee will vary due to your location, purchase size, or other factors. We are not responsible for these extra fees. For more info on shipping, check out the Shipping and Returns page.

Can I change my order?

We start working on orders immediately, so it's not possible to modify them once they've been received.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our accepted payment methods are Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Bitcoin, and Litecoin.

Please contact us if you want to use a payment method not currently supported by our processors. We'll do our best to accept your payment type using a custom order.
